I had a wonderful visit at the local store. I felt a bit lost when I arrived, but a representative with dreadlocks assisted me immediately. He was very friendly, patient, and professional. The problem was dust in my phone speaker, which he promptly diagnosed. Outstanding customer service—thank you!
I bought a laptop from the website during a Black Friday deal, advertised at £1999 with a £200 gift card. However, I noticed two separate charges on my card: £1799 and £200, which means I was effectively charged for the gift card. The same laptop is available on another platform for £1750, and I've received no response from the support team about the pricing issue, yet they seem willing to overcharge customers.
Purchased a MacBook from website due to the Black Friday promotion, the laptop was priced at £1999 with a £200 gift card being given, however on seeing the transaction pending on my card it was two separate transactions of £1799 & £200 so effectively charging for the gift card. The exact same laptop is for sale on Amazon for £1750 no response from Apple customer care to say their pricing is incorrect but they are happy to over charge customers
Went to the Manchester Trafford centre apple and was greeted and helped my someone called blessing. He was absolutely an amazing , he was so polite and helpful!!! He needs a pay rise honestly what an absolute pleasure for him to have sorted all my trade in and get me on the 17 !! Thank you blessing you are amazing !!
Apple repairSent a disabled child’s tablet in for a repair a battery replacement to be exact. They decided to send a different Tablet back. The Tablet came with a bend in it which is in line with battery replacement damage. Apple took no responsibility.I do not recommend anybody use that service as they don’t supply correct customer service and after-careThe service that we paid for was a factory replacement which was not completed. Nobody told to send out a different device that was their decision and now you’ve got a table Tablet with a bend in line with a battery repair if more people can come forward so we can build up a case
Absolutely terrible customer service. I went to the store for a booked appointment showing my QR code to the staff only to be told that the person who booked the appointment had made a mistake. The female ‘manager’ was of no help at all and made it quite clear that even though I had travelled for two hours for the appointment there was nothing she could do other than tell me to ‘come back another day’ After my protest that the mistake in booking was by Apple staff she directed me to a junior team member. That employee very obviously did not want to assist and started off on some generic information which was of no use at all and not what a booked an appointment. While talking he was constantly looking at browsing customers that he clearly wanted to serve rather than ‘waste his time’ with me. At that point I was so upset and frustrated that I walked out of the store having wasted four hours of my life. Of course mistakes happen but the dreadful attitude of the staff and especially the ‘manager’ speak loudly of the arrogance that dominates their approach to customers. Their products are wonderful so of course we keep using them but their attitude to customers who ask for help is sadly disappointing and from other reviews I see I am not the only one.
Terrible service. Iv lost count how many 'free trials' for apps that looked useful but turned out to be buggy mess i have actually been charged for. Add to that the extortionate fees they charge for common products like youtube, if i sub via the app i get charged £16.99, if i switch over to my internet browser its £11.99. Most recently the screen mirror app, this offers a 3 day trial, because my previous sub ran out i decided to give this product a try before resubbing, took the offer of a free trial only to be charged £6.99 for a 7 day sub.Contacted apple who told me to contact a company called Evolly who just told me to go to apple.
This is out of the world a Apple client is crying out for help and Apple are replying thank you we have you money you can take care now Ordered a new iphone17 pro max and kept freezing and now Apple sending refurbished phone in replacement 0 stars and I have spent 4-5 hours talking but was told we going round in circle you take care
AirPods pro 3 keeps failing after three replacements.All those replacements occurred under warranty so it did not cost me a penny but still, that is a lot of time wasted to get to the Covent Garden Apple Store.Once upon a time Apple was making high quality products but sadly the Airpods Pro 3 are made to a much cheaper and lower standard. I won't buy the AirPods Pro 4.
Very poor systems at the Apple Store. Was over 10 minutes late due to the train breaking down. The customer service person who met me was polite enough but then said they must have cancelled my appointment as I was over 15 minutes late I pointed out this clearly wasn’t the case albeit now being 13 mins late. Then told I could not rebook another appointment for the same day as I missed my appointment today. Told I could wait until someone came free but no guarantee of being seen. Lots of staff standing around talking to each other but hey-ho! Told I could make another appointment for Monday. No good to me!! I work long hours & the only opportunity I have to attend the store is the weekend. Very VERY poor system u have Newcastle Apple store!!! So much so I’m considering moving to Samsung after using Apple for 20 years or so. Very disappointing!!
