Very poor systems at the Apple Store. Was over 10 minutes late due to the train breaking down. The customer service person who met me was polite enough but then said they must have cancelled my appointment as I was over 15 minutes late I pointed out this clearly wasn’t the case albeit now being 13 mins late. Then told I could not rebook another appointment for the same day as I missed my appointment today. Told I could wait until someone came free but no guarantee of being seen. Lots of staff standing around talking to each other but hey-ho! Told I could make another appointment for Monday. No good to me!! I work long hours & the only opportunity I have to attend the store is the weekend. Very VERY poor system u have Newcastle Apple store!!! So much so I’m considering moving to Samsung after using Apple for 20 years or so. Very disappointing!!
