Absolutely appalling service from both apple and DPD. Expensive parcel due to be delivered today (which I need for work on Tuesday). Given a one hour delivery window during which the parcel didn’t arrive. Followed up on the DPD app which stated it had been delivered and a picture of the package laid against someone’s front door (no mine or any door in my street) with a message saying “your package has been delivered and is waiting for you at home and has been placed in the porch” due to the cost the parcel should have been signed for and would have been if they had delivered to the correct address. Reported to DPD who weren’t interested and said to report it to apple. Answer from apple, “we’ll do an investigation which may take up to 7 working days”. So I’m not going to see it for at least two weeks. Will never use apple again or any company that uses DPD for delivery. There should be an option for zero stars
