I had an express replacement for my apple ultra watch and the repair was completed on time and marked as complete on the 6th of February. However, apple did not release the hold amount upon repair completion rather they set an automatic release date a month later 5th of March.
I know about the automatic release date from my financial institution.
Upon calling Apple support they were useless to offer a resolution before the 5th of March and as a result on the 1st I had to pay the full amount 699£ from my credit card and then wait for a refund which I received on the 5th.
I knew that apple is the worst company you can choose to give your money but this is theft in plain sight. Keeping peoples money for cash flow is not the way to go Apple.
I was already disappointed with you but after this I will start withdrawing from buying products from you.
