I went to the Regent Street branch to purchase a gift card. The first member of staff directed me to a colleague, who ignored me. Went to another staff member who had a face like a dropped pie. She was extremely rude, spoke the absolute minimum required and I couldn’t wait to finish the transaction and get out of the shop. Some people really shouldn’t be working in customer-facing roles.
