I am a disabled customer who was denied support for a simple billing error. Apple support staff refused to resolve the issue in chat, forced me into a phone call I cannot make, and then closed my case (#102872025562) without help. They explicitly told me to 'have someone call for me', which is discriminatory. I have the chat transcripts proving this denial of service. I demand a resolution and a refund for the unjustified charge.
