I live in Naples and ordered a phone from the store in Orland Park Il. I ordered the phone. After an hour they sent me a message saying I needed a QR code for my grandson to pick up the phone. Called back and was told to wait and I would see it on my email. Today is day number 2 and still no email. They don't know what it is to communicate with the customer. I told the Apple rep that I should cancel the purchase $1,300 and she said, "ya that's a good idea". Customer relations they don't have.
