No Apple reply..
I’ve spent many thousands of dollars on Apple products……and I just spent thousands more $ on 2 new phones and a watch.
Immediately as punishment and ineptitude, I was locked out of my Apple account. Like twisted taunting…Apple sends me messages, sometimes in rapid succession … telling me how to unlock my account. Scores of them. I follow the directions diligently…and am persistently denied access.
Your Board of Directors are all either complicit in this betrayal of what was once virtuous customer service and stellar marketing…or woefully ignorant.
I sense an arrogance that has creeped into your corporate culture. A sense of entitlement to your customers $.
As evidenced by the many roadblocks, including this “no reply” from Apple to contact a human or system to help me.
I cannot access EBay, my security cameras, Facebook, and an array of programs which enhance life and security.
Your stupidity is indicated by the fact that your behavior impedes the flow of capitol into your coffers as well as that of your business partners such as EBay and many others.
You stupidity is obvious in your ineptitude. You lied to me yesterday, 5 March 2026 when you stated a process to unlock my account would be sent to me today. You did did send a message today that 4 days for now, I would receive another message. At 1:56 am…. You cannot identify that I’m a legitimate customer in 5 days despite me having 2 phone numbers in use for years connected to Apple accounts? And paying all my payments on time as a loyal and grateful customer. And I have currently 5 Apple devices connected to accounts which I pay for?
So…out of respect and gratitude for your many employees who have served our family well for many years….in the past … .I will tell the truth, these facts, complete with pictures to the public and chastise your Board of Directors by letter. And expose your betrayal of what was once a company built upon excellence.
Shame on them and all of you for injecting ruination into what was once a great company.
Verizon, your investors and foreign connections plus the many companies you harm need to know your treatment of them and me.
