I upgraded to AirPods Pro 3, which malfunctioned just two weeks after purchase. Instead of replacing them and acknowledging the defect, they offered a repair that was supposed to take 2-3 days. Over a week has passed with no updates or replacement offered. I’m now without AirPods, and they’ve taken my money for a defective product. It's a complete mess.
