I spent €1480 + VAT on a MacBook Air 13 inch M1 four years ago. Recently, a crack appeared, and when I reached out for a replacement, I was informed that the screen replacement would cost €530. This feels like a scam, and there seems to be no effort to support customer loyalty. After speaking with a manager, I was told there was nothing that could be done.

I upgraded to AirPods Pro 3, which malfunctioned just two weeks after purchase. Instead of replacing them and acknowledging the defect, they offered a repair that was supposed to take 2-3 days. Over a week has passed with no updates or replacement offered. I’m now without AirPods, and they’ve taken my money for a defective product. It's a complete mess.
The platform allows subpar apps to profit without accountability for refunds. I spent nearly €40 on apps that turned out to be non-functional. I reported a clearly broken app and invited them to see the issue, but their dismissive response was that it didn’t qualify for a refund. This is unacceptable. Customers are wasting their money on poor-quality apps, and instead of taking responsibility, the company ignores genuine complaints. This once-reputable platform is now overrun with poorly made apps. It’s incredibly disappointing.
The culture is very disappointing. I have a camera fault on an iPhone 14 Plus that is less than 2 years old, and they won’t fix it under warranty since it was purchased in the US. It appears to be a common issue with this model. A car company would have to issue a recall. There’s no decent support available locally. I visited a store abroad and had the camera replaced for €199. I reached out to customer service and spoke to a so-called senior agent who promised to follow up but never did. Their approach is arrogant and dismissive. I’m now seeking alternatives to escape their control. Additionally, I see they are now fixing some iPhone 14 Plus models for free, but mine isn’t included, showing they acknowledge the problem but not its full extent—unbelievable.
I ordered another MacBook and was impressed not only with the product but with the excellent customer support. My courier delivered the package to the wrong address without obtaining a signature. Instead of making me wait or dealing with the courier, they sent me a replacement that arrived the next day! The original package showed up two weeks later, and when I contacted support, they arranged for another courier to pick it up.
