I bought an IPhone with this service by sending my IPhone 14pro. Not receiving a response I contact them after many reminders I receive a standard email saying I did not send the other phone. They accuse me of not sending it and therefore I report the theft of my IPhone and ask them to block it. To date nothing, very unpleasant staff. Like many others in the reviews this service is a rip-off.
