Traded in a macbook pro was given a trade-in value of 220 with the purchase on a new macbook air. They received the trade-in 4 days after I received my new air, yet they waited til the 15th day at 8a to say new value was $0, so now I can't return the new machine, we need a class action suit. Bait and switch.
