Got new iPad ,thought I would trade in old air 3 for £65 thought it was ok offer ,so sent iPad Air3 to these bunch of cowboys and waited. Bearing in mind iPad had always had protector on screen and was kept in case from Day 1 and in excellent condition ,they then emailed me revised trade in value of £0.00 implying LCD damage /burn in ,streaks &discolouration to screen. I rejected their offer and had iPad returned to me ,and lo and behold no scratches discolouration or damage to screen. I will now sell on eBay where they seem to fetch more than £65 if they are not working at all !! All in all not a good experience and would advise anyone against Apple trade in ,just sell privately, Apple trade in are out to rip you off big time!!!
