Traded in my 2017 Macbook Air, which was valued at $100. Already obscenely low. Like everyone I know, my device was sent back because I hadn't accepted a revised value of $20 (which they later said was sent by way of email). Let me repeat that: $20. This is simply absurd. I know enough about how parts are used and recycled with laptops to know how laughable that is. They have clearly lost sight of their customers and have forgotten WHY they are successful. A shame.
