They consistently forget items with each visit. My mom called them back, and they told us to drive 30 minutes just to retrieve what was missing. After being put on hold, they claimed we hadn't even ordered certain items, despite us having the receipt. It was frustrating to argue about it, only to realize they hadn't read it properly. I'll never return; the service has really declined, and it seems the staff lacks the motivation to assist. I've encountered more problems here than at any other restaurant. It's disappointing that they charge so much while neglecting basic service.
