One of our favorite restaurants. I love that they serve veterans on veterans Day with a free meal. Their menu is excellent, they always hire wonderful servers. There’s always a fast service in reliable delicacies. I highly recommend them for a family restaurant.
Service was excellent. The steak was tasteless. Broccoli tasted like it had soaked in a salt water bath for several days. Mashed potato was decent. All and all about the worst meal i have had in a long time. Lesson learned will not order this meal again
They consistently forget items with each visit. My mom called them back, and they told us to drive 30 minutes just to retrieve what was missing. After being put on hold, they claimed we hadn't even ordered certain items, despite us having the receipt. It was frustrating to argue about it, only to realize they hadn't read it properly. I'll never return; the service has really declined, and it seems the staff lacks the motivation to assist. I've encountered more problems here than at any other restaurant. It's disappointing that they charge so much while neglecting basic service.
I had a completely unsatisfactory experience at a local restaurant today. When I went to pick up an order and mentioned to an employee that I would leave a negative review due to the poor service and disrespect, he responded with: “Do whatever you want.” 😡 This behavior was entirely unprofessional and unacceptable.
The burgers here are truly exceptional, and the Daily special is a fantastic deal. For just 999, you get a burger, fries, and a non-alcoholic drink—what a bargain! However, dinners are pricier, starting at 25 bucks, but I suppose that's just how things are these days. Overall, I enjoy the food, and the staff, including the bartenders, are wonderful. The manager is really friendly too; he once gave me a $10 gift certificate after I mentioned the portion sizes in my review, as I tend to eat quite a bit. While the portions are fine for most, I sometimes find myself finishing two dinners in one go. Anyway, time to check out the latest news!
I called to place an order, but they attempted to overcharge me. When I requested to speak with a manager, he was even more unhelpful than the initial representative. Without inquiring about my issue, he abruptly stated he would cancel my order and wished me a nice day before hanging up. I didn't want to cancel; I simply sought clarification on why I was being charged more than before for the same order, but I couldn't even express my concerns before the call ended.

I received a burnt hamburger with overly salty fries, and the portion was significantly smaller than advertised. After ordering two beers and the unsatisfactory burger, my total was $32. I would not recommend this establishment.
