I gave Apple specific instructions when they contacted me with my buzzer #, deliver to 2nd floor, apt. 211, and give to Joan. They left information on Apple Tracking site that the parcel had been delivered. I stepped out for less that 10 minutes to walk my dog, when I got back, I checked Apple tracking, which said it had been delivered. If they had followed my instructions, they would have brought the parcel from Temu to the 2nd floor, and left it at Apt. 211, or better still, they would have returned the following day with it. Just discovered that Apple Delivery Company delivered my parcel to 367 (a house) rather than 267 (an apartment) but the lady was honest and brought it to me. Now, my problem is that Temu is replacing it with same items, and I feel Apple is responsible so they should pay or return that parcel for free.What is wrong with Apple Delivery, are they in such a hurry that they don't read, or can't read, or are dyslexia, this should not be happening.
