If there was a lower rating than 1 I would have chosen it. This company is so completely incompetent. My last five orders from Temu have all been late, very late. Apple express does not update their tracking and could care less if your package gets to you on time.
My order was dispatched and reached my city on the 21st. Christmas is a consistent holiday each year. It hasn’t progressed in 6 days and indicates it could arrive around the 29th—4 days AFTER Christmas. I placed my order well before the deadline for Christmas delivery. This service cannot be relied upon. I advise against using it due to the inadequate service and absence of accountability.
This service is completely unreliable! The company needs to stop using them for deliveries immediately. I've called twice because there have been no updates on my order since November 23rd, and there’s been no movement. When I called, they claimed, "I can't hear you, your phone is breaking up"—I used two different phones and faced the same issue! I want a refund because this service feels like a scam!

Extremely poor service. They showed no initiative in contacting me regarding delivery and provided vague updates on my order status (with delivery times varying from 2pm to 9pm). I left my phone number on the door and an alternative drop-off location in case I wasn't home. I never received a call, and my package was sent back to the sender. I attempted to reach their customer support twice without any response. This has been the most frustrating experience I've had with an order. They lack local warehouses, so missing a delivery leaves you with no options. I cannot recommend them at all.
My package was due for delivery 4 days ago. After waiting for 3 days without it arriving, I had to reach out to them to find out what was wrong. It took 3 phone calls over 9 hours to discover they couldn't locate my house and never made an effort to contact me or the company that shipped my package. They show no initiative or accountability in problem-solving. If I hadn't reached out multiple times, I don't know what would have happened—whether they would hold packages indefinitely or return them. Eventually, I learned the delivery driver couldn't find my house, and they said it would take another two business days to receive it (5 days after it was supposed to arrive). When I asked why I had to initiate contact, the supervisor became hostile and questioned if I wanted my package delivered at all, stating she would email the driver again (as if that had been effective before). It’s now been 4 days, and I still don't have my package. Thankfully, they are just delivery drivers and not emergency responders. I shop online frequently, and no other delivery service has caused these issues. Their customer service is terrible, even worse than their problem-solving abilities. Steer clear of this service.
Warning about this service! Please inform the company that you won't buy from them if they continue using this delivery service. They mistakenly delivered someone else's package to me and make it nearly impossible to contact them. Any company that lacks publicly available contact information should not be permitted to operate in Canada. I’ll be informing another company I frequently order from that my orders will cease immediately. I'm tired of dealing with untrustworthy services.
The service left my package in the front foyer of my apartment building, rather than at my door or inside. They didn’t buzz my number, which was clearly provided. That foyer is accessible to the public, and my package was stolen shortly after. This is not a safe or acceptable delivery method for apartments. Leaving packages in public areas demonstrates poor judgment and a lack of respect for customer property. Customers deserve better delivery standards; this was careless and completely avoidable.
