I was charged an unauthorized amount of $8.50 while using the subway. The payment appeared to fail, so I swiped again for a valid fare of $2.90. Yet, I was still charged $8.50. I disputed this, but the service did not reverse the charge. If they can't handle small amounts, I fear for larger unauthorized charges in the future. I have closed my accounts with this service.
