My wife and I booked a trip to the Hard Rock in Cabo through Apple Vacations. The trip was all paid in full well ahead of time. When we arrived at the Hard Rock, they had no record of our reservation. Hard Rock stated it was an issue with Apple Vacations. We spent 2+ hours in the lobby, on hold and back and forth with the Apple Vacations representative and the Hard Rock front desk. I finally convinced the Hard Rock to get us a room and had to put an $800+ deposit for the room for one night. Both parties, Apple Vacations and the Hard Rock figured it would be resolved by the next day. I left the resort the next morning and my wife went to get a coffee and came back to the room and was locked out. She went to the front desk and was told to wait in lobby, as the Hard Rock was still working with Apple Vacations on a resolution. She finally convinced the Hard Rock to let her back into the room (where all our stuff was.) I arrived, early afternoon, and called Apple Vacations. Again on hold, back and forth with the Apple representative and the Hard Rock front desk people for another hour or so. They finally resolved the situation and provided nothing for the issue. I have since e-mailed Apple Vacations and requested a refund for one night of our trip. They stated that it will take 21-35 days to respond. It is now 21 days later, no response yet. As I have seen by others, I would rate Apple Vacations with ZERO stars. Absolutely some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
