This is the worst resort I have ever stayed at. In spite of the high price I paid for this vacation. It is NOT worth the money and I will never book Apple vacations again or any related properties.I paid a lot of money for a 4 day vacation yet they charge an additional $100 a day for the “ preferred” pool area.The so-called beach is just some gravel- like sand on a small lagoon with no waves and lots of people in it. I’m sure it is filthy and full of bacteria.My room when I arrived was freezing. They sent someone twice to try to raise the temperature but finally they just had to turn it completely off. They are supposed to give me another room at 3 pm today .If I didn’t pay almost $3000 for this so called vacation, I would leave. Very very disappointed in Apple vacations. I’ve had good experiences in the past but this is a nightmare. Resort is Dreams Adventuras, Puert Adventuras, Mexico
