Absolutely heartbroken and disappointed. This was meant to be a Valentine’s Day gift, and it arrived in a not so perfect condition — One rose head was completely broken off, and the leaves were brown, damaged, and clearly not fresh. To make matters worse, the delivery driver left it downstairs on the floor, as if it were just a parcel, not a gift meant to express love.
I’ve tried contacting Appleyard Flowers via live chat and have had no response for over three hours. This completely ruined what was supposed to be a special moment. Very poor quality, delivery, and customer service.
Update - still no response over 18 hours later, I have to do all the chasing myself, they sent a generic email but not even responding. Valentines Day absolutely ruined. Will never use them, will never recommend them. DO NOT.
