Ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day, and they were never delivered. Yodel claimed they were left in a “safe place,” which is simply not true, nothing was received.
I had to get a replacement from another florist. Customer service later emailed asking whether I wanted a store credit or a refund. I clearly requested a refund and then heard nothing back.
At this point, I’ve had to start a claim with my bank. This level of service is completely unacceptable.
Plenty of better florists out there. I will never use Appleyard Flowers again. Be warned.
