Just like all other reviews you'll read on Trustpilot. Applian (CURRENTLY 72% NEGATIVE REVIEWS). This company will disable the customer from using the software after 12 months. THEY DO NOT MENTION ANYWHERE ON THE APPLIAN WEBSITE THAT THEIR SOFTWARE IS SUBSCRIPTION BASED. You are led to assume that their software will function for the life of your computer, WRONG! I wrote them several times and just received a response that I will have to purchase a new license. When I asked them where it is stated that the software would go into "TRIAL MODE" after a twelve month period, they just gave me the same response ("Sorry, you will have to buy another license"). DON'T SUPPORT THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE DISHONEST!!!Until Applian clearly posts of their website that the customer will have to purchase a license every year for each of their products, I will continue to make posts on Google Reviews and the many other consumer review sites.
