Disappointing experience with poor policies and communication.

This review relates to a recent experience where my lifetime license was canceled and changed to a subscription without prior notice. The new software is non-functional, and the seller claimed they were working on a fix. Initial communication was slow, but it did happen. They never resolved the software issues, and it fails to operate on any computer I tried. After I requested a refund, they stopped all communication. While I can't confirm if the company is a scam, it certainly feels like they are testing my patience. I would not recommend engaging with this service.

Website issues affecting license verification.

As of December 18, 2025, the company's website is down, preventing license verification. This means that the product I purchased will only function in demo mode. They initially forced us to switch from a lifetime purchase to a subscription after complaints. Now, they have the audacity to let their server leave us in demo mode? It's time to wake up!

The company is untrustworthy, selling products under false pretenses. I had to repurchase this product package multiple times, and when I tried to use it after a few months, it didn't work. The support team advised me to buy a new package again. This feels like a scam.

Screen recording software fails to perform.

It's been two weeks since I bought software intended for screen recording. I needed it to replace older versions that are incompatible with the latest operating system. I received no response to my inquiries. The program does not function as intended. I used to have lifetime copies of older versions, but they no longer work after the system upgrade. This software is now useless compared to previous versions, which were straightforward to use. I received a message from support, but their suggestions were unhelpful. I removed the software due to its ineffectiveness and requested a refund, but I never heard back until they informed me my case was closed. Their service is severely lacking.

Poor customer support experience.

This has been the worst service I’ve encountered from any software company. They do not respond adequately and fail to address help requests, providing useless advice. I have faced issues with renewals, being placed in trial mode despite payment. They even charged me for two subscriptions without a refund, and now they can't resolve the issue. It’s not worth my time to continue.

Dissatisfied with subscription model.

I am unhappy with the 12-month subscription license! Software becomes outdated, and users will update as necessary. Being forced into a subscription model is not acceptable. I’ve been a customer for many years and will not purchase this type of license again. Thankfully, I kept older versions that still function well without online monitoring.

License claims are misleading.

They sold something they claimed would never expire, yet it has expired. They say they cannot find the registry code, and when provided with it, they fail to respond. It's frustrating.

Lifetime license loses value with new management.

My experience mirrors many others. I had a lifetime license for a specific software version, but suddenly my license key stopped working, and I was politely informed that I needed to buy a new yearly license. The software was good, albeit outdated, but this behavior is completely unacceptable.
