My previous review seems to have vanished, but the service was utterly horrendous. After paying for installation, I faced the worst service imaginable. Two weeks later, the washing machine fell off its stand, revealing that the installers had bent a copper pipe and failed to secure the waste pipe. This led to a £158 plumbing bill. Totally unhelpful and no regard for customer service.
