I was very let down by the service and communication from the company. My delivery was rescheduled multiple times without adequate notice, which was unacceptable. I had to take time off work to receive the delivery due to an inconvenient delivery window. On the third scheduled date, the delivery didn’t show up, forcing me to take another day off. When it finally arrived, the team couldn't uninstall my old washing machine or install the new one because of 'company policy,' despite having paid for that service. I felt my concerns were dismissed. I was promised callbacks that never came. While I managed to install the machine myself, it took two weeks from purchase to delivery, costing me two days of leave. I'm giving two stars only because the machine itself is good and was on discount.
