The service was extremely disappointing, as I mentioned in my previous review that seems to be missing. After paying for installation, I faced the worst service ever. Two weeks later, my washing machine fell off its stand due to the installers bending a copper pipe and not securing the waste pipe. This led to a £158 plumbing charge. Completely unhelpful and indifferent to customer service.
