Unfortunately they sent the wrong model tumble dryer and knew they were doing this as didn’t have correct one in stock! No one called me to advise this so only realised once appliance installed and went to register guarantee! As this is for a holiday home I now have to travel 4 hrs back to then get appliance uninstalled and wait for someone to collect the incorrect one! Complete nightmare and although apologies this resulted in me being £500 out of pocket while I wait for them to collect as won’t refund til they collect, take a day off work pay for fuel to travel 4 hours and no compensation when entirely their fault. Not happy!
I understand this was an upgrade HOWEVER the specific model ordered was done so following extensive research and based on Which reviews and the “upgrade” actually had worse review for drying time!
