Paid them to take away our old oven when new one delivered. They charged us but didn't take it. The oven was ready for removal except for one wire at the back that needed disconnecting, which was a 2-minute job. They refused to let me unscrew it but then spent about 3 minutes on a pointless phone call. I explained to the company and asked for a refund but was instantly dismissed because rules are rules and bureaucracy trumps common sense and decency.
