Shocking experience with call handler

Genuinely appalled at the behaviour of the call handler for this company. Engineer attended in October and was excellent – diagnosed the fault quickly. Promised to source the part needed. We then did not hear anything for weeks. Upon chasing ourselves, we were told that they were not able to source it. We managed to source it ourselves within 24 hours and order it, and book the engineer to fit it. The engineer did not attend on the planned day, despite not cancelling the appointment in advance. When I phoned to try and rebook, the call handler was repeatedly exceptionally rude, shouted at me on the phone, and hung up on me. I tried to call back to enquire when it would be possible to book a date and he hung up on me again a total of five times over two days. Genuinely shocked at his behaviour. We are now left in a position where we have no engineer booked, no idea when we will hear when one is available and Christmas is around the corner and our oven does not work. We are unable to use another company without wasting money as we have already paid the fee. Extremely disappointing.
