Rude agent

I’ve never spoken to a ruder customer representative. I phoned as I received an email to say my booking had been cancelled, and the agent gave me not reason and put the phone down on me. Very poor.

New dishwasher

Ordered a dishwasher with fixed deleivery date. Noone showed up on the day. Just had a rude guy on the phone telling me it would be "later" and I needed to wait until it arrived at their shop. Also had to open a Klarna account to pay online, weird. The price was 10-20% cheaper than other options though. I did get prompt cancellation of order. Would not recommend overall

Money taken, but no repair

A week ago I had an engineer coming to fix a switch on my microwave/oven. He touched the other switch and it came in his hand, telling me it is also broken, he advised me that I need to order new switches and that I need to pay for his visit there and then. Following my query, he assured me that the firm would definitely come back to fix the switches without extra charge once I have the parts. When the parts arrived, I called the company and made another appointment for the engineer to come and fix the switches into place. The engineer never arrived. I tried to call the company a few times but there was no reply. Instead, it was directed to the engineer that has originally came to my house and charged me. Instead of listening to what I had to say, he was extremely rude, unpleasant and unhelpful. I never heard from the company, never given an explanation or a rescheduling of an engineer. I am just wondering whether this is another scam of the elderly??(I am 76)
