On August 8th, 2025, a technician sent by this service entered my home to fix my oven for which I paid $189. Afterward, I received a copy of the ID that the worker used, showing a different individual. The person who actually came to my home was not the same, as confirmed by my security footage. The service admitted that the ID he presented was not valid. This means the person they sent was not the one represented in their records. The only reason this person accessed my home and personal information was that the service sent him as their representative. Their negligence in verifying the identity of the individual they dispatched caused me financial loss and put me in a fraudulent situation. I've requested a refund of the $189, giving them seven days to respond, but I have not received any reimbursement.
