On August 8th, 2025, a repair technician sent by the service entered my home to conduct an oven repair for which I was charged $189. After the visit, the company provided me with a copy of the identification used by the technician. The ID showed one individual. However, the person who came to my home was completely different, as confirmed by my home security camera footage. The company admitted that the identification used was not valid. This indicates that the person they sent to my residence was not the same as the one in their records or on the ID. The only reason this person had access to my home and personal information is that the company dispatched him as their representative. Their failure to verify or confirm the identity of the individual they sent led to financial loss and left me in a fraudulent and unsafe situation. I have asked for a refund of the $189 I paid. I allowed the business seven days to respond and resolve the matter. As of now, I have not received any reimbursement.

Failed to show up for two consecutive appointments without any apology, making me wait around for three-hour windows each time. They promised a discount if I let them come, but when the technician quoted $300 for a job he admitted would take just 15 minutes, plus $400 for a part that costs half online, he rudely asked, 'Do you want it or not?' I called the service, and they didn't care at all. I said no, wasted three days, and will take my business elsewhere. AVOID!
Regrettably, I was scammed too. Please steer clear. After spending $1000 across three visits, my refrigerator remains unfixed. The technician only accepted cash or debit, saying the credit card needed pre-approval. What legitimate company operates this way? They seem to employ the same tactics for their scams! They should be held accountable! I plan to explore legal options since they refused to refund my payment for services not rendered. My negative review keeps getting pushed down on their site to mislead others!
First, use a credit card for protection as they are a scam. They lack genuine reviews and operate under the radar. I asked if I was contacting a true appliance repair service and was misled. I paid $130 just for them to look at my stove and dryer, only to be quoted $1150 for repairs. I called another company that did the job correctly for $685. The first service was a total waste of time and money.
