On August 8th, 2025, a repair technician sent by the service entered my home to conduct an oven repair for which I was charged $189. After the visit, the company provided me with a copy of the identification used by the technician. The ID showed one individual. However, the person who came to my home was completely different, as confirmed by my home security camera footage. The company admitted that the identification used was not valid. This indicates that the person they sent to my residence was not the same as the one in their records or on the ID. The only reason this person had access to my home and personal information is that the company dispatched him as their representative. Their failure to verify or confirm the identity of the individual they sent led to financial loss and left me in a fraudulent and unsafe situation. I have asked for a refund of the $189 I paid. I allowed the business seven days to respond and resolve the matter. As of now, I have not received any reimbursement.
