I cannot vouch for everyone but the service we got was terrible. Firstly the system kept throwing our order out so we had to ring and place it over the phone. I then took a day off work to wait for the delivery, only to be told later in the day that the delivery was cancelled. We then got told it would be another 2 weeks! Finally got to speak to someone, not in the UK, who had no answers and no inclination to help. Managed to get through to Huddersfield evwntually and they got the delivery pulled forwards. It still made it 5 days after our initially date which meant we had to pay extra for the kitchen fitters, and an extra day off work. We then had to return two items ourselves because they were charging to pick it up. Dropped it off, a guy put it on a pallet outside and wheeled it off,never checked it. I had to chase the return up myself only to be told we would be charged 25% because one of the items we never even opened was damaged. I tried to dispute this but they wouldn't listen and had zero say in anything. They were also not in the UK. I asked to speak to a manager but they couldnt do that either.
I certainly would not recommend or use any part of But It Direct/Appliances Direct ever again. Such a shame
