Ordered a dishwasher and paid for installation. Followed all instructions prior to delivery. The installer came, installed the dishwasher and within minutes of him leaving, it began leaking heavily. Called the installer straight away to be told that 'you need clamps, I don't have any clamps on me, i'm sorry but you'll have to fix it yourself'. Absolutely disgusting service. It sounds like the installer was not provided with the right tools to actually do the job, so don't think it's necessarily his fault but unhelpful nevertheless. We now have to remove it ourselves to return it and deal with the water damage and inconvenience.
