I've been with Appliance Serve for many years. I don't have many occasions when I have to call them out, but each time I do, they are easy to contact and quick to get on the job. In the past they have been unable to repair a product, so I am given the value to replace the product. They have recently updated their terms and now, there is no limit to how much they will pay out, in a 12month period, no cap, which is great! If you have a new product that is under warranty, they will insure the things that the warranty does not cover, for very little charge.This evening, my integrated fridge/freezer was found to be not working. I rang Appliance Serve immediately and spoke with Alex, who was very kind and courteous and after a few questions, she explained that my case would be passed to the repair people, who would text me with a time they can come tomorrow. Brilliant! I'd recommend them highly. Thank you Appliance Serve.
