Review Time
I've been with Appliance Serve for many years. I don't have many occasions when I have to call them out, but each time I do, they are easy to contact and quick to get on the job. In the past they have been unable to repair a product, so I am given the value to replace the product. They have recently updated their terms and now, there is no limit to how much they will pay out, in a 12month period, no cap, which is great! If you have a new product that is under warranty, they will insure the things that the warranty does not cover, for very little charge.
This evening, my integrated fridge/freezer was found to be not working. I rang Appliance Serve immediately and spoke with Alex, who was very kind and courteous and after a few questions, she explained that my case would be passed to the repair people, who would text me with a time they can come tomorrow. Brilliant! I'd recommend them highly. Thank you Appliance Serve.

Dean was a pleasure to talk with today and answered all the questions we had to finalise our decision on choosing the right appliance for us. Dean was very informative and understanding , while still being polite and a joy to talk with . He knows his job well and talks with respect , even if you ask questions that may seem stupid.
I have been with Appliance serve for 10 years and have always received a quick, professional and friendly service. Bee, my contact today was very pleasant, she asked lots of relevant questions and was extremely helpful when I was unsure of where to find the information, and has confirmed everything via text. Hopefully the engineering department will be in contact soon to book a visit. They are normally very quick. Definitely recommend Appliance serve.
