I agree with the previous comments - this company sells insurance policies to vulnerable people who do not need them. An elderly friend has attempted to cancel a policy and they make it so difficult - refusing signed for post twice, have computer problems which stop them sending refund cheques and so it goes on. There is no a supervisor to talk to. Please avoid at all costs.
