Reported fault on the 2nd Feb large hole in door seal. 13th February still waiting for repair. Won't be wasting time and money with them again. They don't return telephone call despite assurance. Engineer was supposed to be here Mon 6th had to call again. arrived on the 7th expected him to have the part as I had described exactly what was wrong ie. large hole in door seal, but he didn't have the part as needed to check in case we were wrong. Had to order the part told it could be another 4 days, I found it on AEG available for next day, engineer says it is the insurance company APPLIANCESERVE who doesn't allow them to order like this. 5 working adults no machine for over a week.
