Confusing vulnerable old people over the phone selling them policies for appliances that the didn't want at a very expensive rate. Recently sold two policies to my mother (she is partially deaf) that she didn't want £168 per annum for a tv and washing machine repair cover absolute rip off and a lot of money if your just on a state pension. tried to cancel over phone but no one there that could deal with call but the said they would call back twice but didn't! Finally got through to cancel on my mothers behalf, then the tried to play the consumer protection game of saying they couldn't talk to me, it didn't work I played hell with them (but was still polite). Letter went off from my mother to confirm cancelling policy that she didn't ask for or ever want. Should really send Appliance serve a bill for wasting my time and distress caused to my Mother. My advice stay clear of this company
