I’ve bought several things from Appliances Online and everything was always smooth. But now I had a leak on my washer dryer and the technician found a crack on the outer barrel. A third party company named Arisit claimed it is not under warranty because it was damaged by me. How could I damage a stationary machine that only had soft clothes inside, following every single instruction from the manual? The inner drum has no damage at all to prove it. Arisit does not have proper customer service, and Appliances Online claims they have to allow any sort of replacement. I did not buy it from Arisit, and now I am having this unacceptable service. The machine clearly has a manufacturing defect, and they are not willing to help, making me lose a lot of money on a Whirlpool machine that I believed was good. I want a better solution than this.
