Very competitive pricing, great selection of brands/product’s available. excellent customer service support if there are any issues with any products, no long holds on the phone and talk to real people. Great communication with deliveries, take old appliances away help install new appliances. Only negative is the longer delivery times outside of capital cities, we only receive deliveries every two weeks, which can be a long wait if your awaiting a replacement or order on the last delivery date.
Amazing absolutely amazing products. Amazing service and ultra ultra amazing delivery. They take everything away. They installed your new ones and the product I brought was a Westinghouse washing machine and it is absolutely amazing. It was quick Service I had the next day. Thank you. It was great.
been along time customer of Appliances Online, but I will never use this company again!
Installed a washing machine and cross threaded the water supply line, the washing machine leaked for two weeks solid at the back, soaking the carpet and walls in my daughters room, wrecking the underlay, Carpet and side dressing table, been waiting weeks for a response and then they offer to clean the carpet in one room as compensation, I'm more worried about black mold and the damage done inside the wall. finally installed a new machine, to be leaking again out of the waste and they didn't balance the machine as thewy are supposed too.
Driver failed to call for delivery on the Sunshine Coast in QLD and had the NSW Team call to advise he couldn't deliver. He didn't call me as customer to find out where he was to park, just decided it was too hard and too busy for him. I missed work as a result of this and they merely attempted to re-schedule rather then call me as customer to be advised where to park. Immediate refund was requested and then was told would take days to be refunded. As a long time customer, I will never order from Appliances Online again.
Appliances Online Australia did a super job - got exactly what was ordered, hassle free, delivered and installed and connected to power and switched on to make sure it was ready for operation
It's taken weeks to get a simple order. A MONTH NOW since the order was placed. Would NOT have ordered if it was going to take this long.
No ETAs on initial order so you get trapped and there is on cancel option on your account. Its a TRAP. Web design. this is not an 'oversight'.
Bot based support is terrible even by bot support standards
Human phone support is very good but still were not able to provide any form of ETA beyond (maybe in the next few weeks)
AO are second to none in the appliance space. They deliver and remove your old/broken appliance and even put the new one into place. Super handy when I'm away and only my wife is home.
You can also phone them and speak to a human straight away. I've shopped a lot through them and therefore have had to use the after sales service and they always respond straight away and chase up the manufacturer if there's any issues (instead of fobbing you off like Harvey Norman does)
They also price match but I've only used this once on our washing machine as they're usually the cheapest anyway.
When we thought our old fridge had taken a turn for the worse, we jumped online and purchased a new one through Appliances Online. Turns out that our old fridge was simply playing tricks on us. Liam from their customer service team pulled up my order without me even having to quote it, called the delivery driver right away and managed cancel and begin to process a refund in under 3 minutes flat (not exaggerating). Incredible customer service! When the old fridge does eventually give up on us, I know exactly who I'll be buying from.

I have placed an order on Sat 13th Dec 2025 and until 4th of February 2026, we have not gotten the product delivered and i get a phone call from applicances online every week to say they are delivering next week.. Looks like this is an huge scam of people paying money to Appliances Online and they keep delaying it, keeping our money safe in their bank accounts.. Do not buy through appliances online, please look for better places even it is a little more expensive.
