AO are second to none in the appliance space. They deliver and remove your old/broken appliance and even put the new one into place. Super handy when I'm away and only my wife is home.
You can also phone them and speak to a human straight away. I've shopped a lot through them and therefore have had to use the after sales service and they always respond straight away and chase up the manufacturer if there's any issues (instead of fobbing you off like Harvey Norman does)
They also price match but I've only used this once on our washing machine as they're usually the cheapest anyway.
