It's taken weeks to get a simple order. A MONTH NOW since the order was placed. Would NOT have ordered if it was going to take this long.
No ETAs on initial order so you get trapped and there is on cancel option on your account. Its a TRAP. Web design. this is not an 'oversight'.
Bot based support is terrible even by bot support standards
Human phone support is very good but still were not able to provide any form of ETA beyond (maybe in the next few weeks)
