Driver failed to call for delivery on the Sunshine Coast in QLD and had the NSW Team call to advise he couldn't deliver. He didn't call me as customer to find out where he was to park, just decided it was too hard and too busy for him. I missed work as a result of this and they merely attempted to re-schedule rather then call me as customer to be advised where to park. Immediate refund was requested and then was told would take days to be refunded. As a long time customer, I will never order from Appliances Online again.
