been along time customer of Appliances Online, but I will never use this company again!
Installed a washing machine and cross threaded the water supply line, the washing machine leaked for two weeks solid at the back, soaking the carpet and walls in my daughters room, wrecking the underlay, Carpet and side dressing table, been waiting weeks for a response and then they offer to clean the carpet in one room as compensation, I'm more worried about black mold and the damage done inside the wall. finally installed a new machine, to be leaking again out of the waste and they didn't balance the machine as thewy are supposed too.
