I requested a 1 to 3 day delivery. While I understand it was the holiday season, when I called for an update, I was informed that the item had not yet arrived from the manufacturer. This raises questions about how a 1 to 3 day delivery service could be promised without the product being in stock. When I expressed my disappointment, the response I received was quite dismissive and somewhat rude.
