Pathetic Customer Service. Charged my card unauthorized for an extra month after I cancelled their subscription. Have been emailing them regularly to claim the refund for the services that I have not even used. I even asked them to provide me the details of the companies they have applied for on my behalf for the month they charged me additionally. No response from their customer service. Don't fall for this trap.
